Select Receipt template

Open Create Invoice, choose My Company → Client, and pick Simple Receipt.

Step 3

Add details

Enter client, add line items, set status (for example Paid), and write footer notes.

Step 4

Share PDF

Check Live Preview, then Download PDF or Send Invoice by email.

  1. The Simple Receipt template displays a RECEIPT heading on the exported PDF.
  2. Set status on Create Invoice — Draft, Unpaid, or Paid — or update from History.
  3. Add a footer note for payment method, thank-you message, or reference number.
  4. Find sent receipt PDFs in History — search by client, amount, or document number.
