Backup workflow

Step-by-step to backup invoices with Google Drive.

Step 1

Open Backup & Drive

Select Backup & Drive in the sidebar or use the dashboard quick action.

Step 2

Connect Drive

Tap Connect Google Drive and approve access for your Google account.

Step 3

Backup data

Tap Backup Company to Drive for the active company, or Complete Backup to Drive for all companies and AI data.

Step 4

Sync PDFs

Tap Sync Company PDFs to upload invoice PDFs into organized Drive folders.

  1. To restore, open Backup & Drive and use Restore Company Backup or Restore Full Backup when a backup is detected.
  2. Switch companies in the sidebar before backing up a different company profile.
  3. Sign out from Backup & Drive when finished on a shared device.
