Go to Settings from the sidebar. Enter your company name, address, email and phone number. This info will appear on every invoice automatically.
Go to Bank Accounts and tap + Add Bank. Fill in your bank details — name, account number and IBAN. These appear automatically in the payment section of your PDF.
Tap Create Invoice from sidebar. Choose direction, pick a template, and fill invoice details.
Fill client details, use ⚡ Smart Auto-Fill to generate IT services automatically, then tap Preview Invoice.
Tap Preview Invoice to see the full PDF. Review carefully then choose your action.
Go to Backup & Drive from sidebar. Connect Google Drive or export a local backup file.
