Many invoicing tools push accounts, subscriptions, or cloud-only storage before you can create a simple PDF. AI Invoice Maker was built for people who need professional invoices fast — especially IT and service work — while keeping invoice data on the device by default.

The product focuses on practical workflows: company setup, line items, templates, preview, PDF export, email, history, and optional backup — not a fake marketplace narrative or invented metrics.

By default, invoice data remains in your browser on your device. Features that use server processing — such as the AI Assistant or sending email — run only when you choose them.

AI is a drafting aid, not a black box that replaces your review. The AI Invoice Assistant helps you describe work in natural language, refine a draft in chat, then preview and export like any other invoice.

• You stay in control of amounts, clients, and final PDF content
• AI requires network access when you use it
• Core invoicing (create, preview, local PDF generation) still works in the app workflow without treating AI as mandatory

Company profiles, clients, vendors, banks, templates preferences, invoice history, and related settings are stored locally on your device by default. That means:

• No account is required to keep working
• Clearing site data removes local data (export or Drive backup if you need a copy)
• After the first load, the PWA can continue working offline for core local workflows

Optional Google Drive backup lets you store company backup JSON and organize PDFs in your own Drive. You connect your Google account when you want backup — it is not required to create invoices.

Security starts with local-first defaults: invoice content is not uploaded to create a PDF on your device. When you use optional features:

• Google Drive access is scoped to the backup/sync features you authorize
• Email sending uses the recipient address you provide
• AI requests are processed only when you use the Assistant
