How it works

Step-by-step flow from prompt to exported invoice.

Open the assistant

Go to app.html and open AI Invoice Assistant from the sidebar or dashboard.

Step 2

Describe the invoice

Type your prompt in Chat & Draft and tap Send.

Step 3

Review the draft

Check the draft card. Send follow-ups or tap Edit Draft to adjust fields.

Step 4

Export or save

Tap Preview, Download PDF, Send Invoice, or Save to AI History.

  1. Set up your company in Settings before your first AI invoice so outgoing PDFs include correct details.
  2. Use AI History to reopen, search, or re-export saved AI drafts.
  3. Tap New AI Invoice when you need a clean chat thread for the next job.

Does it work offline?

Chat requires an internet connection. The wider app can work offline after the first load when installed as a PWA.

Yes — Send Invoice on the draft card or from a row in AI History.

Where are drafts saved?

Tap Save to AI History. Drafts stay on your device in the AI History tab.

How do I start fresh?

Tap New AI Invoice. Unsaved drafts can be saved to AI History first.

Can I edit before exporting?

Yes — follow-up chat messages, Edit Draft, then preview or PDF.

Do I need an account?

No. AI drafts and AI History are stored locally on your device.
